Job Summary
Seeking Experienced Technicians
We are seeking two experienced technicians to join our team as Aesthetic & Body Sculpting Technicians. Candidates should have prior experience operating medical or wellness devices in healthcare, med spa, or related environments.
Training on Exclusive Technologies
You will be trained to use our exclusive state-of-the-art technologies and deliver transformative treatments that combine aesthetic enhancement with long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

Deliver Advanced Treatments
Deliver treatments using advanced devices, including UltraSlim Red Light Therapy (exclusive to WellForm MD in Iowa), CoolSculpting Elite, CoolTone, and Diamond Glow.

Educate Clients
Educate clients about the benefits of these cutting-edge treatments and ensure they understand their personalized care plans.

Maintain Environment
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence.

Record and Maintain Confidentiality
Record detailed client treatment plans and progress while upholding strict confidentiality and compliance standards.

Provide Post-Treatment Care
Provide post-treatment care instructions to optimize client results and satisfaction.

Stay Updated
Stay updated on wellness trends and aesthetic technologies to enhance client experiences.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience operating medical or wellness devices in a healthcare, med spa, or related setting.
- Familiarity with client care in a professional, wellness-focused environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness with a willingness to continue learning advanced techniques.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with body contouring, skin rejuvenation, or other aesthetic technologies.
- Certification in CoolSculpting or similar treatments is a strong plus.
